free TRAINing opportunity!

Recovery residences play an important role for individuals on their paths to recovery and

wellness. The UW-Whitewater Center of Inclusive Transition, Education, and Employment

(CITEE) in partnership with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services is offering free web-

based training on best practices for operating recovery residences. The training is available to

anyone and is guided by the National Alliance of Recovery Residences (NARR) 3.0 Standards and

the Wisconsin Association of Sober Housing (WASH). To access the training contact tom@washcommunity.org

Organizations operating recovery residences interested in the training may be eligible for a mini grant which involves a short application, pre and post assessment and completing the NARR 3.0 training.
